Elementary Science in the Scientific Revolution
Science from 1543 to the end of the 1600s in Dr Jay Wile's 3rd book.
This third course in the Berean Builders series focuses on the natural philosophers of the 1500-1600s, including Newton, Galileo, Copernicus, Kepler & Pascal. It covers a wide range of science concepts, including astronomy, human anatomy, botany, pressure, microscopes, gravity & the laws of motion, all tied to historical experiments and discoveries. Ninety lessons, a third of which are hands-on activities. It works well with kids in different grades from K-6.
